Captains’ Report Past & forthcoming rides previewed by Ian Payne.

• Unfortunately there have been a couple of crashes in the Club recently with Tim Walker crashing at Broadford and breaking his collarbone. Also John Willis who fortunately escaped with only bruising.
• The Christmas Camp proved to be successful with 21 members & friends attending over the week.
• The 2-month (April/May) itinerary is to be compiled soon, ideas & leaders are required!
• Ian gave details on the forthcoming Port Campbell & Tour of Duty weekends. There are booking slips in the Feb. newsletter.
• Ian has a card for ex-members John & Dot who are getting married on the 20^th of Feb. Those who knew them please sign.
• Ian commented on the noticeable decline in our corner marking system with some riders positioning themselves in hard to see places. In future all ride leaders will emphasise how the system operates and the correct placement of corner markers at the beginning of the ride. Also that anyone wishing to leave a ride MUST inform the rear rider, as on a recent ride a rider was left behind due to a mis-understanding.
• The committee in an effort to make the meetings more interesting is seeking Guest Speakers to attend our Club meetings. Members are asked to forward any ideas to the committee.
• FOR SALE. Ben has some motorcycling related items for sale.
