General Business: Ian reminded members that the May meeting is the AGM and election of the new Committee will take place. If you would like to nominate for a position please advise the Committee and if you cannot attend, a proxy form is attached to this newsletter.

Due to Dave Ward having his leg in plaster a leader is required for the Café Cruise on Saturday. Ditto for the Licola ride on April 16^th as Theo has another commitment. Any member who would like to lead these rides please advise the Committee.

The itinerary for the months June, July, August and September will be formulated shortly. If you have an idea for a ride or would like to lead a ride during this period please contact Ben so it can be included on the itinerary.

On May the 7^th the second round of the Aust. Road Racing Championships will be held at Winton and Motorcycling Australia is trying to promote the event with a ride up on the Sunday morning. All riders will receive a pit pass, BBQ lunch and free raffle tickets. Mick hone, a previous speaker at our meeting, is inviting the MTCV to help organize and lead the ride from his shop in Box Hill. Watch for the ads in AMCN and if you can help please contact Ian Payne.

We then had a bit of a chat with member Stuart Forster giving us the lowdown on living/working in America and then Ben gave us an insight into his crash and the extent of his injuries.
