Editor’s Thanks

It has been a brilliant year for magazine articles, both quality and quantity. Often we have multiple write-ups for the same ride, and some magazines are well over 20 pages long. It is a great pleasure to receive such entertaining, thought provoking and carefully crafted articles from genuinely enthusiastic fellow Club members. This sort of effort from the authors demands the best quality magazine presentation in return which I strive to achieve, whether it is layout, photocopying, grammar and spell checking, technical accuracy or timely home delivery.

The front cover continues to draw praise and provide amusement. Thanks to Peter Feistl who adds the monthly title and creates great montages when a single monthly photo doesn’t quite capture the story. The challenge is to generate something provocative or hilarious to cause a reaction and then capture it! Michael Jackson is a major contributor to this month’s cover.

Last year Barb handled the bulk monthly mail-out. An onerous job well done. Much appreciated.
