Sunday
8th� ��� Yarra Ranges����������� �������� �������������������������������������������������� ����������������������� �����John Willis leading
10 am Yarra Glen
Ride will not suit inexperienced riders; not
recommended for first time Club riders.
Leg 1: Yarra Glen, Christmas Hills,
Rob Roy, St Andrews, Kinglake, Toolangi, Myers Creek Road, Healesville for morning
tea. (64 km) Leg 2: Healesville, Myers Creek Road, down Chum Creek Road,
Healesville, Woori Yallock, Yellingbo, Macclesfield Rd, Avonsleigh, Emerald,
Cockatoo, Patternoster Rd, Pakenham Upper, Gembrook. Lunch (95 km) Leg
3: Gembrook, Yarra Junction, Old Warburton Highway, Mt
Donna Buang, Warburton, afternoon tea. (77 km) Leg 4: Warburton,
Reefton Spur, Black Spur, Healesville finish. (91 km) Expect around 327 km for
the day.
Sunday 15th��� Lake Eppalock, Heathcote�������������������������������������� � ��������������������� ��Ben Warden leading
10am Whittlesea
Leg 1: Whittlesea, Flowerdale, Strath Creek, Broadford and Pyalong
for morning tea at Lancefield after 115 km. Only good roads
so far. Leg 2: After the break we'll head up the Burke and Wills Track
to Redesdale, across the dam wall at Lake Eppalock and back to Mia Mia on narrow back roads before lunching at the Heathcote bakery
after another 123 km. Leg 3: After lunch we'll head back down the highway to Tooborac
branching off to Emu Flat down to Pyalong and Lancefield. Depending on the
light, we'll either head down to Romsey to finish at Wallan (100 km) or head
across to Woodend (90km) and finish at Bulla via Bolinda (70 km). A myriad of interesting back roads with lots of ancient volcanic
scenery.
Sunday 22nd ������������� Red Rock Lookout via Brisbane Ranges��������������� ����������������������� ���� Cliff Peters leading
10am West Gate Shell Servo
Leg 1: Westgate, Werribee, Anakie
Junction and Meredith for morning tea. (90 km) We will need to top up with fuel
at Meredith because there is none for the next 196 km. Leg 2: Meredith,
Steiglitz, Maude, Lethbridge, Shelford, Wingeel and
Beeac for lunch. (112km) Leg 3: Beeac, Dreeite, Alvie, Coragulac, Red Rock Lookout and
Colac for fuel. (84) Leg 4: Colac, Yeo and Deans Marsh for afternoon tea. (70km) Leg 5: Deans
Marsh, skirt Geelong to break up at Lara. (80 km) Around 430
km for the day.
Sunday 29th� ��Coalville (Gippsland, near Moe) ���������������������������� ���� ������������������ ����Tim Emons leading
10am Berwick
Leg 1: From Berwick we'll head East
through Longwarry and Willow Grove for morning tea in Moe just short of 120km. Leg 2: After making our way south to
Coalville and Boolarra, we may check out Morwell River Road until the gravel
starts, then backtrack and head into Mirboo North for lunch and fuel 190km from
the start. Leg 3: In the spirit of Ben's famous loop, I've devised an
optional 85km circuit, returning through Mirboo North to pick up those who opt
for a longer lunch break, before working our way up through Trafalgar and the Neerims to finish at Powelltown after a further 108km.
Total around 370km on a great variety of roads (but no dirt...).

Collect your magazine and get all the news first. Catch up with your fanatical motorcycling enthusiast mates, share a cheap meal and still be home by 10.30 pm.
Sunday 5th ���� Strathbogie
Ranges, Euroa ������������������������������������������������������������ Damir Djikic leading
10 am Yarra Glen
Leg 1: Whittlesea, Flowerdale, Strath Creek, King Parrot Road, Goulburn Valley Highway, Yea for morning tea. (74 km) Leg 2: Back track on the Goulburn Valley Highway to Highlands, Gin Gin, Caveat Terip Terip, Gobur, onto the Maroondah Hwy to Merton. Through the Euroa twistys, right towards Strathbogie and on to Euroa for lunch and fuel. (126km) Leg 3: Back through Ruffy, Highlands, Yea and over Junction Hill to break up at Kinglake West (120 km). Expect around 320 kms for the day.
